I have over 25 years of experience working with animals in various roles- and I've truly loved every one of them.
About Me
My journey with animals began in childhood with a deep love for horses, which led me to become a working pupil at a busy equine centre after leaving school. There, I achieved my BHS Stage 3 qualification and gained invaluable hands-on experience.
In 2010–2011, I trained as a small animal hydrotherapist and spent five incredible years at Greyfriars Veterinary Rehabilitation and Hydrotherapy Centre. I worked closely with dogs recovering from injury and surgery, and it was during this time that my passion for holistic pet health truly began to grow.
Over the years, I developed a keen interest in canine nutrition. While running a small pet shop, I started to see firsthand how much of a difference diet can make. The more I learned, the more it all made sense—food really is medicine. I went on to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Canine Nutrition, and seeing the transformation in pets’ health through simple dietary changes was both exciting and rewarding.
Switching my own pets to a natural, species-appropriate diet changed their lives—and mine. Opening a small natural pet shop has allowed me to share this knowledge with others and help pet owners support their animals’ wellbeing through fresh, nourishing food.
